We collect information you provide during purchases or account creation, including name, chair images, email, address, and payment details. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Trimtray. All other information is used to process and ship orders through Woocommerce and we follow their guidelines for storing and using data (inline with GDPR laws).
Cookies & Tracking: Our website may use cookies to enhance your experience and improve functionality. You can manage your preferences via your account.
Data Sharing: We do not sell your information. Data may be shared with shipping providers to fulfill orders or third-party services used for payment processing.
Data Retention: Customer data is kept only as long as necessary for business operations and legal requirements. Only required chair images are used by a 3rd party software so we can make sure your product fits your chair correctly and then images are deleted after 30 days to ensure product satisfaction. We will not be using an personal information – including your chair images – for our own marketing.
Your Rights: You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@trimtray.store.
